The Kane County Public Information Office (PIO) strives to be proactive and responsive with appropriate, timely and accurate information about the Kane County Board and departments. The PIO responds to media requests, coordinates news conferences, prepares media releases, and notifies the public about County news and events. The PIO oversees the Kane County Government social media platforms, including Facebook, X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram along with the Kane County Connects newsletter.
