​Kane County Human Resources Management Department

The Department of Human Resources Management is responsible for all activities related to developing, implementing and administering Kane County’s employment policies, practices, procedures, employee benefits, payroll, and job training. In addition, the Department assists the Kane County Ethics Advisor with Countywide ethics training for all County elected officials and employees.
