We offer a variety of services and programs to benefit local businesses, including recruitment assistance and grants to train new hires or your existing workforce. Whether you are developing or expanding your business, the Workforce Development Division has the tools and resources to facilitate your needs.
Youth Services
Our youth representatives focus their efforts on youth between the ages of 16-24. The youth we serve have been identified as needing an extra push to help them complete high school to receive a diploma, obtain a GED or get a job.
Access to Additional Resources
Events Calendar - The "Job Fairs Workshop & Events" calendar presents items of employment interest that are sponsored by other agencies or outside of Kane, DeKalb or Kendall counties.
Locations - We have four locations throughout the three-county area to serve you.
Resources - The Workforce Development Division hosts a variety of workshops in the one-stop centers. If you are interested in participating in any of the workshops, please contact one of our Career Resource Center Representatives.
